Total Facility Solutions (“TFS”) is a veteran minority owned business. Since its inception in 1993 TFS has focused on helping veterans who return from tour and need employment. TFS gives veterans and civilians an opportunity to increase their skills and working experience.
For over 30 years TFS has specialized in Janitorial, Landscape and Facility Maintenance & Upkeep of commercial buildings for private, state and federal contracts. Executives at TFS have over 50 years combined experience in the facility management industry.
The Training and certification process for TFS is centered around our cleaning philosophy which is to consistently exceed the expectations of our client. We ensure these results by instilling the following: Clean for health first, then appearance; treat cleaning professionals as first class citizens; simplify; go beyond compliance on safety regulations; minimize environmental harm.
TFS services are based in the practices of the CIMS-GB (Cleaning Industry Management Standard-Green Building) program. It begins with the management attaining the ICE (ISSA Certified Expert) certification and the continual training and implementation of environmentally preferable cleaning practices in conjunction with management best practices.
